Regrettably, the coronavirus pandemic has forced us to cancel both our Revelry fundraiser on March 26 and our season finale at Longy on May 2.

We will reschedule the program we had planned for May 2, REVELATION, for next season. This concert will feature Messiaen’s breathtaking Quartet for the End of Time and Boston composer Marti Epstein’s musical response, Abime des Oiseaux, which she finished composing for us just days ago.

If you have purchased tickets to either event, please consider donating your tickets back to Radius, no action required. As thanks, we invite you to bring a friend for free when you purchase a ticket to a future performance and will forward a discount code in the fall. If you would prefer a refund, simply let us know via email.

So that we may begin our 20-21 season from a position of fiscal strength, we have created a special perk for everyone who makes a donation between now and the end of our fiscal year on June 30. For every donation over $100, you will receive a digital download of Zoltán Kodály’s stunning Duo for violin and cello, brilliantly performed at our most recent concert by Radius musicians Gabriela Diaz and Miriam Bolkosky.

While social distancing is our best and only tool to curtail the spread of coronavirus, it also reminds us of the value of experiencing live music, together as a community. In the coming months, please follow us on social media (links in the sidebar) for videos and recordings by our member musicians. We look forward to the end of this crisis, so that we can be back together, making music for you.

With best wishes to you and your family,

Jen & the musicians and trustees of Radius
