Free Ticket Program for Music Booster Organizations

For the 22-23 concert season, we have created a new program designed to engage your students and their families in classical music while also raising funds for your school-based arts program.

How it works: We provide Radius tickets for you to sell (up to 20 tickets per concert), you decide the price, and you keep the money. Face value is $25 for adults, $21 for seniors, and $12 for students, but you know best what your community can afford. We do find that requiring even a nominal fee per ticket (as opposed to offering the tickets for free) ensures that folks appreciate the value of the ticket and make the effort to show up.

What's in it for us? We want to share our music with as many young people as possible, and have available seats that would not otherwise sell. These free tickets are subsidized as part of our Community Engagement program.

Limitations: Kids younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids are expected to behave respectfully.

To get started, please email us with the following information:

  1. Name, email and phone number of primary contact

  2. Name of school

  3. Name of arts program that will benefit

  4. Cost you intend to charge per ticket

  5. Date of concert(s) you are interested in (see complete schedule here)

  6. How you intend to collect funds from parents (Venmo/paypal, check or cash)

We will provide you with email templates to facilitate sign up and collection of funds. Ideally, the contact person will have a Google account so that students can sign up and pay online and responses can be collected in a spreadsheet. Once you are set up to collect signups, we will provide a code that your students can use to reserve tickets via our website.

If you have any questions, please contact Outreach Manager Anne Howarth or Artistic Director Jennifer Montbach via email. We look forward to seeing you!
